March 6, 2024If you're looking for a slice of paradise in Atlanta, look no further than Iris Old Fourth Ward Apartments. This place is a gem! First off, let's talk vibes. Walking into the lobby feels like stepping into a trendy boutique hotel. The staff? Super chill and always ready with a smile. They make you feel right at home from day one. Now, onto the apartments themselves. Think spacious, light-filled rooms with killer views of the city. The kitchens are chef-worthy, and there's enough closet space to ...satisfy even the biggest shopaholic (guilty!). But wait, there's more! The rooftop lounge is *chef's kiss*. Picture yourself sipping cocktails with friends while taking in panoramic views of Atlanta's skyline. Oh, and did I mention the pool? It's like having your own private oasis in the middle of the city. The gym is decked out with all the latest gear. And if you prefer outdoor workouts, the BeltLine trail is right nearby. As for location, it doesn't get much better than this. You're within walking distance of some of Atlanta's coolest spots. From hip restaurants to artsy galleries, there's always something fun to do. If you're in the market for a stylish pad in the heart of the action, Iris Old Fourth Ward Apartments is where it's at. Trust me, you won't regret it. Great Location, Wonderful Community and Above and Beyond care
March 8, 2024This location the best in Atlanta! From the park, the beltline, and all of the tremendous eateries, there is never a dull moment. I have lived at Iris for over a year now and I cannot recommend it enough. The coffee shop downstairs, Finca to Filter, is very convenient and delicious.
