I lived at Iron City Lofts for over a year and loved it! Iron City Lofts is awesome for many reasons - the thoughtful layout, abundance of natural light in the units, on-site workout room and pool, gated car and bicycle parking, friendliness of the on-site staff and very convenient location are all hard to beat. If you are looking for easy access to Red Mountain Expressway, Rotary Trail, Pepper Place and Lakeview (without the party noise) then Iron City Lofts is a great living choice. There are ...
on-site storage units that are a great value, and if you bicycle, UAB, Downtown and Avondale are all super easy to access as well!

Amazing!

I have absolutely loved living at Iron City Lofts since I have moved in. I moved from a location that was about 15 minutes from Lakeview/downtown and while it doesn't seem like much, I will never move away. The location is perfect --I'm walking distance to breweries, the best restaurants and nightlife but just far enough that noise is not an issue. I have amazing views of downtown AND Vulcan. The fitness room and pool both have views of Sloss Furnaces. The apartments are spacious -- huge walk in ...
closet and washer and dryer in my closet (huge plus for me). Not to mention friendly neighbors and a great property manger who is extremely helpful! Definitely recommend everything about Iron City Lofts!

Great transition
August 30, 2016
I moved very suddenly due to personal reasons and my transition was made super easy by Heath. I work full time traveling for a home health company so if I'm not working with direct patient care- I'm on the phone with doctors, planning ahead for my schedules, getting updated orders, etc. I don't have much time to meet face to face with people, Heath eliminated this by being able to email me floor plans, providing detailed emails for my options, and even handling all questions quickly via email ...

He was very flexible with signing my leases and my move in was extremely easily due to him explaining how to get it done since iron city office was closed when I moved. The location is also another amazing thing, Pepper place market is one block to the left and lake view is only a couple blocks to the right. Parking can get ridiculous at times for these places and you are in walking distance to these areas which is super convenient when you don't feel like the chaos of finding a parking spot. I have loved my transition to downtown!
