used to be good
July 30, 2024they took over iron gate apartments and are the worst company i have ever had to deal with. I was on a month to month agreement with the previous management. They threatened me start a new lease, and i told them i would review it. After seeing how they manage, and treated me. i will not stay. now they are sending a bill for over double the month of august, and telling me they need a 30 day notice to vacate. No call no show
February 22, 2023I scheduled a tour with them today for 4pm. I knocked on the leasing office door for 10 mins and called. No one answered the door or phone. Completely wasted my time. Worst Management
September 20, 2022I have been almost living here for a year, Management switch in July and I paid my rent with the new management and they claim i never did. I called my bank payment went through, i sent them proof and statements and still claim i never paid. They have now sent me letters. i emailed gotten nothing back i have called and state they are busy in a meeting. July 31, 2021I am retired and 65 and have been living here for approximately 13 years. Since the new management team has come in there have been some fantastic changes. Disgust and only getting worse
June 2, 2020I’ve lived here since I was 5, I’ve moved out but my parents still reside here. They have moved units a few time but the one they’re at now is the worst one yet. They have a unit next to the dumpster and there’s a literal goat head next to there window on a utility box 3 feet from they’re ac unit. Terrible conditions. Not to mention prices are only getting higher ,mice and terrible plumbing.Property Manager Responded

Please know that we are working with our waste management service to ensure this dumpster is emptied frequently, and the space around the dumpster is clean and tidy. We have also made it a goal for our maintenance team to come by each morning and make sure all waste has made its way into the receptacle properly. We'd also like to clarify that the waste you mentioned was actually bagged food scraps accidentally left behind by someone in the community, and once our team was made aware of this issue, we worked swiftly to restore this area of the property to its usually beautiful state.
