May 24, 2022I am a traveling nurse & recently finished up a short term 6-month leasing period at Iron Horse Flats. The complex & the apartment itself was perfect! I rented a furnished apartment, and everything I needed was provided for me right down to the dishes & silverware. Mason and Smart Choice Property Management were so very accommodating & helpful. The Property was very well maintained the entire time I lived there. The local brewery 1/2 block away and local coffee shop just 1 block away were ...absolutely amazing!
