Mason and his management team are always very prompt at addressing any issues I have and their employees are all so friendly! I would recommend any property that Smart Choice oversees, but especially Iron Horse!

I rented a furnished apartment, and everything I needed was provided for me right down to the dishes & silverware. Mason and Smart Choice Property Management were so very accommodating & helpful. The Property was very well maintained the entire time I lived there. The local brewery 1/2 block away and local coffee shop just 1 block away were ...absolutely amazing!
