modern luxury
September 21, 2023i love living here. my unit has high ceilings. plenty of space. over 1100 sq ft. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. all the appliances are stainless steel and work perfectly. maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. the hallways are always clean. the trash chute is super convenient. the door staff is always polite and helpful. the gym in the basement has everything you need. the atrium has a pool table and is comfy as well as cozy. perfectly situated in the heart of the ironbound. huge ...supermarket across the street. parking deck with monthly parking a block away. 8 minute walk to penn station. im only leaving because my wife is pregnant again and we need more space. i highly recommend this building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Disguised Mediocracy
November 10, 2019While the apartment looks nice, none of the units are what they seem. I moved in and wasn't told until a day before move in that the unit wouldn't be ready. Pushed back the move in date and they STILL had issues to resolve. After moving in, I noticed the HEAT DOESNT WORK amongst other things, this is the worst. Still waiting to get this fixed after being promised it would be fixed. Beware of this place and LIES from realtors and leasing office.Review from Apartments.com
