October 18, 2025I have lived at IronRidge since January 2022 and currently renewing my lease. Both the office and maintenance staff have been great! The apartments are large with various floor plans. The kitchens are very nice with lots of counter space and cabinets. The complex grounds are well maintained. It’s truly a great community to call home!Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2025Great staff, community events and amenities! Parking could be better, but it’s better more often than it’s not. Location is perfect because it’s close to downtown and local events (15 mins from The Pearl), but it’s in a quiet community itself so you’re close to the action but not “in” it. It’s really good for folks relocating to San Antonio. Start here and work your way out!Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2025I have been a resident since the beginning of construction, here at Ironridge at Hill Country Village. For me, the location doesn’t get any better than Brookhollow and Hwy. 281… the airport, Heb, loop 410 and 1604 is a must, for convenience. The maintenance crew is an A and if ever a question, management is there to answer. I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone in the need for, or just looking for a new change of scenery in the city of San Antonio.Property Manager Responded

June 20, 2025I have lived at IronRidge for several years and I love it! The floor plans are designed well and square footage is not wasted! They have nice large kitchens, in unit washer/dryer, garages are available and some units have small yards. The water and utility cost are great. The office and maintenance employees are the Best! They address concerns immediately and truly do their best to ensure the resident satisfaction. I am so happy with my decision to call IronRidge home!Property Manager Responded
