I feel now that they went to AI and you have to go thru a recording and not speak to a human is very impersonal when they are sitting in the office on the property. They truly don't care about there tenants as they used to. They don't keep the grounds clean or the pet stations filled and emptied.

Not a fan of AI “Shari” has sent very disturbing messages that I haven’t paid my rent. Being a person a bit paranoid about making SURE bills are paid, these messages a VERY disturbing, especially when they come during w/e and there is not a HUMAN to speak to. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They have an automated system to answer the phone which I do not like. It is a virtual assistant. The grounds are well maintained. They call it luxury living but it is really just an average apartment on the nicer side. Floors have lots of scratches from previous tenants. Kitchen appliances are often ding when you get them and the ceramic floors can be chipped. The room and the apartments is very nice they're large the fireplace works great. Elevators are nice. ...
