I live at island club almost 2 years now and it has been so Amazon living here the staff is very nice and friendly the maintenance staff are very nice and friendly and is always on top of anything that goes wrong in the apartment. I never had an issue living here. I would give it 10/10 stars.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! The staff are amazing, helpful, caring, and very passionate about there residents. The pool and fitness center is very clean! With such a lively and welcoming community built around it and a impressive management actively hosting small events to bring the people of this neighborhood together, it’s hard not to want to stay here. My history with Island club started in college and then I moved back in 2018 with my then fiancé, whom is now my husband. We have lived here ever since and have created a beautiful life and family living here at Island Club, especially welcoming the birth of our son. I am so grateful for this quiet, safe and well taken care of community. Quiet neighborhood. The staff here now is super tenant focused. Apartments are well maintained and staff is on point with any issues that occur. Cindy goes above to ensure everything is safe and friendly. The ever colorful and always Amber is a nice addition to the office. Joe and Darryl are exceptional when it comes to repairing any and all types of issues big or small. The updates to the pool area this year were spot on and appreciated. All the good reviews on this place are from when Crystal was the property manager. She was wonderful and made this community a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. Debbie is the new manager and she has ruined this community. She is rude, she complains about any tenant with dogs or children, and has put in a million rules. It feels more like a prison camp than an apartment complex. Repairs are left undone and she tries to blame them on tenants. I lived here for an entire year when Crystal was ...

I have lived here at Island Club for going on 6 months. The place is extremely quiet, and always clean. Maintenance guys Joe and Russ are quick to completed my work request, I never have to wait that is a change from other communities. Shelby and Krystal are funny and always welcoming. I chose this property because as soon as I walked through the office doors it was like no other in the area. I felt welcomed.

I've been living here for 3 years. The apartment is homey and a comforting neighborhood. Shelby and Crystal are very friendly and responsive. Maintenance takes action quickly and gets the job done. The complex is great overall I love it here.
