I absolutely love living here! The landlord went above and beyond helping us get our apartment, and is very informative. The only thing is you can tell they were built very quickly. By that i mean there are some cracks in the wall near the ceilings, not bad enough to cause any issues but you can see it, and my back deck is a little slanted because of it, although these are all just simple cosmetic issues that have not caused any problems and won't. These apartments are very roomy, homey and have ...
plenty of cabinets, drawers and closet space. I highly recommend Island Grove for anyone of any age. My boyfriend and I have no credit, no renting history, or anything, all they did was get proof of employment and income and luckily we got approved. I love the environment and seeing all of the kids running around playing on the days it's nice outside, and everyone is very friendly.

This is one of the worst apartments I have ever experienced. The manager(which ever one they have at the moment) will walk right into your home, even unlocking doors!! You'll always have something new to pay every other week since it's a "new facility". Every time I went outside it smelt like weed. It was awful living there. It's so loud outside. Kids will be kids but...when they run out infront of your car as your pulling in and the parents are so bad on drugs they laugh...it's out of ...
control..also kids running into your car with their bikes causing damage. Save yourself some time and a lot of money and do not live here.
