June 11, 2024I’ve lived at Island Place Apartments for 2 years, going on 3 years. My partner and I absolutely love it here and have no plans of leaving. It’s always quiet and the common areas are clean. The neighbors are friendly!My favorite part is how responsive staff are and the individualized care we receive. They know us by name and are always saying hello. Our few maintenance requests are always fulfilled within a few days. Highly recommend living here, plus the price is unbeatable!Property Manager Responded

Still no air conditioning
June 7, 2024The residents of Island Place still have no working AC! And no time frame as to when it will be working again. It’s getting too hot outside for the air not to be working. Some of the apartments are getting up to 85 degrees. Too hot! It’s advertised as having air conditioning so let’s get it working!Review from Apartments.com
Great location crappy old building.
May 18, 2024You do not have control of air conditioning if it works. The building is old and not cared for. Roof tiles blowing off. The roof leaks and no plan to fix. Wait for anyone to fix anything. I could never recommend renting here.Property Manager Responded
