Stay Away From Maine Properties
January 10, 2025Everything about this company sucks. There will be bugs in your apartment and mold all over the windows. The drinking water is extremely cloudy. When you move in there will be multiple things wrong with the apartment even when they had plenty of time to fix these issues. This includes chipped cabinets, oven burners not working, bleach stains on the carpet, and toekicks missing in the kitchen. The property manager will tell you that they will put tickets in to have these issues fixed, but that ...never occurs. We lived there for less than a year and the maintenence techs entered 6 different times for some sort of testing such as radon testing, fire alarm testing, etc. One time they even tried to enter without a 24 hour notice and no... it was not an emergency. In fact it was radon testing they wanted to do. No one in the office will do their job. Phone calls, voicemails, and emails will not get answered unless they want money.
