I moved into this community on December 29, 2025, and my experience has been consistently disappointing.
From the start, there have been serious issues with communication, management turnover, and follow-through. I have personally interacted with three different property managers in a very short time, and there currently does not appear to be stable on-site management. This has resulted in ongoing confusion, lack of accountability, and unresolved resident concerns.

also extremely poor. I was reassigned to a different unit just two days before move-in without prior notice, and the apartment was not move-in ready. It was dirty upon arrival, and I had to personally deep clean the unit while movers were actively bringing in my belongings. No assistance was provided.
Since moving in, multiple maintenance issues remain unresolved, including broken storage access, improperly installed fixtures that took months to address, and ongoing structural concerns in breezeways including roof leaks, standing water, and visible damage.
Basic services have also been inconsistent. Pest control issues (including a scorpion problem) took weeks to address after being told the vendor was being replaced, despite residents being charged monthly for pest control. Trash service is also unreliable, with frequent missed pickups and overflowing dumpsters. Landscaping regularly neglects my area, and debris is left throughout breezeways, contributing to overall poor cleanliness.
While maintenance staff themselves are kind and clearly doing what they can, they appear understaffed for the size of the property. In contrast, interactions with management have often felt dismissive and unhelpful.
I also experienced HVAC issues that caused soot and residue throughout my apartment, and resolution lacked urgency. Even escalations to regional management went unanswered.
I understand no community is perfect, but the combination of poor communication, high staff turnover, unresolved maintenance, and inconsistent basic services has made this one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have had in over 10 years of living in San Antonio’s apartment communities.
Prospective renters should carefully consider these ongoing issues before leasing here.
