April 30, 2025One of the most beautiful apartments we’ve ever visited! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the decor, amenities, and overall vibe—it immediately felt like home for our child attending grad school. Kenny was incredibly kind, and because of him, we knew this was where we wanted our child to live for the next four years. The day after our tour, Josie helped us with the paperwork. She was so patient and sweet, and thanks to her, we were fully moved in within just four hours! We’ve ...now been here for a week, and there’s truly no other apartment like this one. We have a fenced backyard with real grass for our dogs, and the interior was clearly designed with thoughtful details—no carpet, a built-in mudroom bench, and a modern layout that makes long-term living enjoyable. Although construction began in December 2024, we’re excited for the pool and other amenities to be completed by this summer. The community is gated, which gives us peace of mind knowing our kids are safe. What truly sold us was Kenny, Josie, and that rare fenced grassy backyard. You won’t find that anywhere else! March 2, 2025The Istana at Wurzback is absolutely beautiful, with modern, spacious units that feel like a true home. The apartments was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with high-quality finishes it’s everything I needed for comfort. The layout is perfect, offering plenty of space to relax and entertain. The staff at Istana were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The community spaces are equally impressive, from the well-kept grounds to the ...inviting pool area. Plus, the location is fantastic. Close to shopping, dining, and major roads, making it easy to get around San Antonio. I truly couldn’t ask for a better place to live.
