November 28, 2023Anton apartments full of mice and they won’t let you out your lease without paying. I have 4 months left and I’m leaving. If I could post pictures it’s the worst.Review from Apartments.com
Hate It Here
July 17, 2023I been living at Anton house apartments since 2019 and it has been the worst and very depressing. I been switch to 2 different apartment units and they both are the same, BAD!! This building is MICE infested, being on the bottom floor I have experienced leaks all thru my house, to the point my bathroom ceiling fell down. The hallways are nasty with leaks and stained carpet from the leaks, kids playing all in hallway and playing on the elevator. I been dealing with constant fly's in my apartment ...along with Wasp nest coming constantly. Maintenance never knows how to fix anything and doesn't always know how to fix anything. I'm tired of living here and I suggest anyone to NOT move here its NASTY!Property Manager Responded

MICE MICE
January 5, 2021It was a great deal and great location! BUT MICE INFESTED! No mater how many traps nor how man holes patched they always came back. building services was very fast and always came! My last straw was when I walked out of my bedroom barefooted and stepped on a DEAD MOUSE! My three year old wanted to picked it up!!!Property Manager Responded

Love My Apartment

I've NEVER seen any rodents or signs of any, although the rental office does stay up to date with exterminating. The noise level isn't too bad for an high rise complex. December 28, 2016I'm at Anton House and I have not one complaint. I've never seen a roach, bug, ant.. nada. The rental office is awesome (ask for Felicia) she really worked with me through everything. I love that maintenance is 24 hours and they respond very quickly. Yeah, you have your occasional loud neighbors that play music and whatnot, but typically its off at a reasonable hour at night. The tenants that I have run into thus far are respectable, they all tend to speak when passing in the hallways. I did have ...a complaint of the weed smell when I first moved in about 3 months ago, but the rental office did handle that and now it doesn't smell like weed no where near as much as it used to. September 27, 2015Iverson Towers is an okay building to live in. I've.currently been living there for about two years and so far I have no real issues. I'm a new graduate and money is on the tight side. I currently have a pretty sizeable apartment with my boyfriend and we are fine. No room for complaints.Review from Apartments.com

August 22, 2015This apartment is very spacious and affordable. I have a 2 bdrm 2 bath and it's over 1000 sq ft. And less than $1100!! I have a balcony and dishwasher 2 of the things that I wanted the most along with closet space. That's what I call a good deal! Rental office is great. No rodents or problems in the building. I have had a great experience living here so far and I will be renewing my lease!Review from Apartments.com
