I have lived here almost two years now and it is a wonderful place to live. Charlotte, Barbra and the office staff are friendly and helpful. I will admit sometimes maintenance takes a couple days longer than I would prefer but I have never went without anything I needed. Everything has been taken care of in a timely fashion. The apartments are large and spacious and have a comfortable homey atmosphere. I would highly recommend considering this for your next place to live.

I have been here only a few months and it’s NON STOP PROBLEMS! Maintenance is non-existent! The office SAYS they will get things fixed but DONT! AC problem going on 3 weeks. Running toilet. Tile falling off the wall. Leaking dishwasher. Master bathtub leaking into downstairs apartment. Dryer plug is fire hazard - loose from the wall. Now the microwave doesn’t work. Go anywhere else because this place isn’t worth the headaches.

Charlotte is a HORRIBLE property manager--maintenance takes forever. I'm currently waiting 3 weeks to get a toilet replaced. Replaced, so it means it's unusable. When I walked into the office to inquire, they said they had no maintenance order. In the past, flames shooting out of the furnace and the main light fixture in the kitchen took almost 30 days each to get fixed. Lots of better run and maintained choices of apartments out there--choose any one but this.

We were new to Indianapolis and found Ivy Knoll as our temporary home while searching for a house in the area. The apartment was quite large-nice master suite and had washer and dryer hook-ups in the other bathroom and ample storage closets. We I love how close it is to the mall and other shopping and a quick walk to Trader Joes. The office and maintenance staff are incredible-they answered questions quickly and addressed any issues immediately!

I am currently starting on my 2nd year at Ivy Knoll. My apartment is large; it's like having a house only in a apartment. I love all the space I have. It is quiet, my neighbors are friendly and Latoria (Office Manager) is awesome. She and the office staff always make sure that my needs have been met. David, Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance staff take care of maintenance requests right way; if they notice something else that needs to be repaired it is taken care of immediately, also. I ...
have lived in apartments for about thirty years now and this has been the best apartment and the best experience that I have had by far. I love this home in an apartment that I have now. If your looking for an apartment you might want to consider Ivy Knoll Apartments. It is in an area convenient to stores, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. You can even get to I-69 or 465 in a matter of minutes.

I've lived here for 2 years and, even tho' I was used to living in a house, this is the perfect apartment for me. It's quiet, the neighbors and lovely and the staff--amazing! Plus I have the prettiest view on the whole property with my own little wildlife family.
Latoria, the manager, has been a gem, always making me feel like I belong, what I need matters and going the extra mile to help me with things like delivering packages when I can't get out because of a problem with my foot and ...

David, the maintenance manager, is quick to get things fixed for me, cheerful, going the extra mile when he sees that something needs done that wasn't on "the list" since I hadn't gotten it called in yet.
As far as I'm concerned, this is home until I decide I want to live somewhere other than Indianapolis.
Thanks sooooooooo much for taking such good care of me y'all. My family says "thanks" too because they feel that I'm in a safe place that I love.
