After living at Ivy Point Kingwood for going on seven years, we have seen various changes. The current management and maintenance team is definitely the best Greystar has ever put together. Very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. As a passed property managers, we know the problems that arise trying to deal with multi personalities(tenants) and as a passed construction supervisor the problems that arise with new construction (the building). Some issues have been handled very poorly, ...
but I believe current staff is doing their best to mitigate all of the past and present mistakes to successful conclusions. We would strongly recommend Ivy Point Kingwood to potential tenants, but just keep in mind there are problems that arise in a not so perfect world, however, IPK currently has a capable staff that seems to be able to deal with these problems in a timely manner.

When my husband was sick with cancer, we decided to move from our large house after 27 years of enjoying the time there. He made the decision for us to purge and sell things, and we looked at several apartment complexes in the area. Some were involving meals and that was not what we wanted. Just independent over 55 apartments. We were shown a two bedroom and bath with a study here by friends who lived here and made the decision to move here.
