I feel I should share my reviews to warn others, my age 55 Plus , faced with this most difficult decision, moving out of our homes, into an apartment in the first place, the highest cost along with the way it all really is once you move in there!! I was told to take pictures and videos......and I do have them, if you'd like to see them, to try to improve for others that not may have family like I do to be living with now

The Clubhouse is very ample. The main 2-story Clubroom, kitchen, and the surroundings are excellent. My favorite views are from the Mezzanine on 2nd - looking West to the front fountain and looking East at the beautiful Clubroom and outside Pool. All Amenities are ample!!!

IPK is the best decision I made for my living experience. Yes, there are always factors to be addressed in any community, but THEY are addressed & dealt with expediency & proficiency. For example, we recently had a water issue from the Municipal Utility District #24. Our team contacted us in hard copies & via emails & purchased bottles of water for us until the issue was resolved by the M.U.D. #24.
That demonstrates compassion, understanding, & concern for us. That is a good feeling.
