September 24, 2025Parking is terrible, assigned parking spots would be nice. Bug problem is also an issue, other than that the community is fine. It’s quiet and the staff is helpful.Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2025I’ve only just signed my lease but my experience has been wonderful so far. AB has been incredibly helpful and friendly, and the other folks at the front office are quick to respond to my emails and phone calls when he’s not available. There have been a few things that I needed to reach out to them about but they’ve been prompt and professional each time. No complaints yet —just excitement to move in!Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2025I have lived here for 5 years. I love the location of the apartment. The shops and Hwy 40 are a few miles away. The community is quiet and clean, although at times the compactor seems to be full and overburdened so it is hard to breathe when you walk. The swimming pool is rarely open. And they have changed their opening hours to 6pm. Since the management change, the maintenance service has been a negative experience for me. Sometimes they will mark your maintenance request as completed without ...resolving it. And when you request it 2/3 times they will say the resident has to pay for it. For example if your patio door is falling off you have to pay for it. Or if your stove is rusty and old and you request a repair, they will say the resident has to pay for a new stove.Property Manager Responded

You can tell they prioritize quality and comfort in every detail. The finishes, layout, and natural light make it feel like a place I’ll truly enjoy living in. The services they offer are also impressive. The staff has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Communication has been clear and consistent, ...which makes me feel confident and supported even before officially moving in. The common areas are beautiful and very well-maintained. The community is friendly, property maintenence are attentive to cleanliness and staff treat each one of your needs with importance and care. I'm so excited to be a party of this neighborhood.
