September 2, 2025I’ve only just signed my lease but my experience has been wonderful so far. AB has been incredibly helpful and friendly, and the other folks at the front office are quick to respond to my emails and phone calls when he’s not available. There have been a few things that I needed to reach out to them about but they’ve been prompt and professional each time. No complaints yet —just excitement to move in!Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2025I have lived here for 5 years. I love the location of the apartment. The shops and Hwy 40 are a few miles away. The community is quiet and clean, although at times the compactor seems to be full and overburdened so it is hard to breathe when you walk. The swimming pool is rarely open. And they have changed their opening hours to 6pm. Since the management change, the maintenance service has been a negative experience for me. Sometimes they will mark your maintenance request as completed without ...resolving it. And when you request it 2/3 times they will say the resident has to pay for it. For example if your patio door is falling off you have to pay for it. Or if your stove is rusty and old and you request a repair, they will say the resident has to pay for a new stove.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2025The location is ideal—close to everything you need, but still quiet and comfortable. The apartments look modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they prioritize quality and comfort in every detail. The finishes, layout, and natural light make it feel like a place I’ll truly enjoy living in. The services they offer are also impressive. The staff has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Communication has been clear and consistent, ...which makes me feel confident and supported even before officially moving in. The common areas are beautiful and very well-maintained. The community is friendly, property maintenence are attentive to cleanliness and staff treat each one of your needs with importance and care. I'm so excited to be a party of this neighborhood. Good amenities, sub-par management
June 7, 2024Positives: good amenities (gym and pool are great when they are well maintained), maintenance staff are polite and respectful, other community members are mostly kind and respectful. Everything else about this property is sub-par. I moved into a newly remodeled apartment in Spring 2022 and the quality of the remodel at the time was already questionable (they had to re-do my floors when I noted a large glue bubble pooling in the center of the living room- only on my request of course). Has now ...proven to be terrible craftsmanship less than two years on with flooring coming up throughout the apartment, cabinetry falling apart, and bathroom fixtures rusting. There is trash everywhere all of the time. The valet service that residents pay extra for outside of their rent may not be under the control of the property, but the stray trash bags and pieces of garbage strewn everywhere from broken trash bags makes the ground looks poorly maintained at all times. The community managers do not communicate well at all and when things go wrong there is no clear communication with updates and zero attempt at accountability on the part of the managers. Overall I cannot recommend paying the exorbitant prices they charge to live in this community as it is not a deluxe experience in any way.Property Manager Responded
