December 22, 2025We’ve been enjoying living at J501. The community is quiet and is peaceful and the maintenance/management teams are nice and responsive. We especially like the fact that it is located in such a convenient area- close proximity to Duke/many restaurants/grocery stores/downtown! December 18, 2025Everyone that works here and lives here are incredibly friendly. The staff is quick to answer any questions and maintenance is pretty quick in getting the issue resolved. September 2, 2025I’ve only just signed my lease but my experience has been wonderful so far. AB has been incredibly helpful and friendly, and the other folks at the front office are quick to respond to my emails and phone calls when he’s not available. There have been a few things that I needed to reach out to them about but they’ve been prompt and professional each time. No complaints yet —just excitement to move in!Property Manager Responded
