May 27, 2026????? I enjoy living at J Ardin at Apopka and overall I’ve had a very positive experience here. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I need assistance. I would like to mention a few areas that need improvement, especially around Building 2. Recently, the cleanliness of the building has declined. The floors are often dirty, with hair, insects, and debris in the hallways. I believe more attention to cleaning would help maintain the quality of the ...community. Another issue is the EV charging stations. Many residents park in charging spots without actually charging their vehicles, making it difficult for residents who truly need access to the chargers. Also, the Blink chargers are still charging very slowly despite previous complaints. Aside from these concerns, I really enjoy living here and plan to stay long term. April 22, 2026El apoyo de Andrea en todo el proceso del lease fue excelente. Me senti muy bien atendida. Me asesoro de la manera correcta. El complex y sus instalaciones es muy hermoso. La ubicacion es muy centrica (cerca de la main st de Apopka y a 30 minutos de Winter Garden Downtown). Muy cerca (a 5 min en carro) tenemos cerca a Mecatos para breakfast. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and the community itself is incredibly welcoming and friendly. There’s a strong sense of connection among residents, especially with so many fellow pet lovers—it really adds to the warm, lively atmosphere. What I appreciate most is the genuine sense of community. You can feel the positive energy and “home” vibe as soon as you’re here. April 19, 2026So far it has pretty good. It hasn’t been a full month since I moved in so I will update an a few. As of now, staff has been great. I love that there was no issue with my work vehicle on site. The only complaint is the dog poop people don’t pick up.Property Manager Responded

April 5, 2026Very nice apartment though only one grill works on entire property and by the pool, the electricity doesn’t work to plug in items. Also under the pavilion by the office. Lots of wasp, red ants and insects so the pool area needs more pest controlProperty Manager Responded

March 14, 2026Living here has been great there has been alot of changes and staff can be rude and non' responsive at times. Maintenance hasn't been up keeping the beautiful property there more can be done. Very thing walls the square footage is pretty small for the price.
