    Pests all over apartment and management does not care. They sell it to you on the tour but really do not maintain the place. Trash rooms are always full of trash on the floor that no one cleans up. Elevators are never all working and there are long lines every day. It is basically a dorm with actual online posts of subletting apartments which management does nothing about even though we have them screenshots. Sanitary and fire violation.

    RATS EVERYWHERE, cockroach infestation, elevators never work, fire alarm goes off almost every day even at 2 am at times, elevators never work for a 20 story building, management is awful very unhelpful and rude. TRASH EVERYWHERE, THE SMELL IS NAUSEATING ON EVERY FLOOR. Overcrowded with 8 people living in one bedroom apartments on mattresses or on the floor. They try to sneak in charges to your account.

    I did all the paperwork, visited them one month before moving in, made the application, and said that I was willing to add a guarantor (which they said they didn't need) then the day before moving they called me saying I don't qualify and have to reapply with a guarantor which then they will check. Moving in was a nightmare because they didn't keep a unit ready for me when I qualified with a guarantor. The Staff are completely incompetent, with a horrible attitude. They've got such a high ...

    This apartment is basically a dorm for majoritiy of the indian population. They often throw parties which would make my room shake. Elevators are often out of service or always had long lines so I had to walk the stairs with a torn acl and meniscus of my knee. I don’t think the staff here cares about if there are 5 or 6 people living in a single studio being not compliant to the max number of residents permitted in each house.     They are building new amenities such as a pet spa, etc. But the INCOMPETENT STAFF don't realize that the basic amenities don't work which frustrate all residents at each point of the day. Their washers and dryers do no work. (I've had my clothes BURNT in their dryer). The elevators are down all the time, so expect a 10-15 minute queue to take the elevator.     Since the start of our lease on 9/1/2020 we have dealt with mice, cockroaches, broken heat and hot water for multiple days (including over a weekend where it hit 17F), closed amenities (pool and gym with no explanation), and most recently mold in our A/C unit that began to cause dry cough and fatigue. All of this was met with leasing office employees who either aren't around to hear the complaints or give bureaucratic answers with no action. I couldn't be happier we're leaving in 8 days.     Definitely the worst place I have ever lived. Expensive rent with low quality service and living environment. The leasing office will charge you for whatever they can. They are inefficient and irresponsible. We have had abnormal water charge since 2019 and I reported. They kept procrastinating. Not replying my email, saying that they will investigate but did not do anything... I insisted that the issue need to solved before I moved out, then they found the meter is broken. However, they asked me ...
    to pay for the abnormal charge which is triple normal charge, which means that they asked me to pay for their mistake and irresponsibility. The hot water and AC went wrong in cold winter, I have to get additional heater. Let alone mice, cockroach and bed bugs...
