February 1, 2026Overall nice apartment I will give you small things that make the apartment better, first thing it is snow, they do not have anyone that comes in and plows the snow. The states is not always prepared but maybe a third party, so it does not disrupt the overall community.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Easy move in! Management and maintenance were transparent and responsive when I moved in! I had a couple minor issues with the apartment during move-in, but maintenance responded in less than 3 hours to fix the issues!Review from Apartments.com

December 22, 2025We’ve been enjoying living at J501. The community is quiet and is peaceful and the maintenance/management teams are nice and responsive. We especially like the fact that it is located in such a convenient area- close proximity to Duke/many restaurants/grocery stores/downtown!
