BEST NEIGHBORHOOD IN PLANATION
January 28, 2026I truly love living in this neighborhood. It feels like a real community, and that’s because the staff genuinely look out for both the residents and the community as a whole. Deb, the property manager, is honestly the BEST she’s caring, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone feels supported and heard. Tessa is always kind, respectful, and pleasant to interact with, which really makes a difference day to day. The maintenance team is awesome as well they’re respectful, ...responsive, and do a great job keeping the property clean and well maintained. Mold, unhelpful staff
January 3, 2026When i lived there a few years ago, there was mold in my entire building. My unit got worse because their maintenance at the time improperly installed a wall AC unit in July, which led to a hot summer’s worth of moisture entering my apartment. I have asthma and had to throw out hundreds if not thousands of dollars of furniture and personal items, including handmade irreplaceable landscape paintings. They did nothing to resolve this issue, help relocate me to a clean and comfortable alternative ...unit, and i paid hundreds of extra dollars to run an industrial level dehumidifer for 6 months (while sterilizing their wooden counters, cabinets, etc every week) while i waited to move without being charged to break my lease. Cozy and Modern
December 29, 2025The team at Jacaranda truly cares about you as a person, not just about taking your money. I lived there for a little over a year, and when I went through a hardship and had to relocate out of state, they worked with me compassionately and with real understanding. If I ever have the opportunity to move back to South Florida, this is absolutely where I would want to live again. The community is clean and pet friendly, with a great on-site gym, pool, and hot tub. The location is also excellent and ...less than two minutes from I-595. Lovely Home
June 11, 2025I love living here! Paying the rent via the use of LOFT is easy and hassle-free! I feel safe, which is very important to me. Everything you need, from groceries to gas, shopping, gyms, highways, and bars/restaurants, is all located within 10 minutes or less! The traffic is minimal. The noise level is a '1' on a scale from 1-10, with 10 being loud and 1 being lower than low. The managers here, especially Debbie and Tessa are fabulous and very friendly. The maintenance staff are also lovely and ...professional. The amenities are clean and orderly. In addition, there are a bunch of blue jays all over the trees here, and I have spotted a redhead woodpecker on the tree right in front of my balcony. This is a very peaceful environment. A Place I Can Call Home
June 6, 2025I have been here for a year now and must say this is the best apartment that I have found and can actually say "feels like home". The studios are very spacious and management is constantly upgrading the property from exterior paint including hallways and patios, outdoor light fixtures, pool area including the jacuzzi. I would highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for family oriented neighborhood with all shopping and necessities within a 1 mile radius (Publix, Aldies, Wawa, Central ...Park and Westside Hospital).
