not the best place
September 21, 2017Where to begin, rent increases with no updating to make it worth the increase. We have lived here for 5 years. Last property management did nothing as promised like new or at least working washer and dryers in the 3 laundry rooms, they didnt even know who lived here when bringing to their attention potential problems. new property management company has taken over since June 2017 and still none of the concerns brought to them (carried over from previous management company)has been addressed ...such as numerous unattended children loud and destructive late into the night 10:00 P.M. at times. Tenants with dogs who do not keep them on leashes nor do they clean up after them. There is NO responsive manager onsite as stated , there is NO fitness center, there is NO stainless steel, only storage units are with the split level units. There is a security company that patrols at night 1 time from their car while speeding through the driveway and if you happen to need them they do not respond. Drug use is a constant as is partying loudly both at apartments and in the swimming area. Cars have been broken into more times than I can count and some have even had them stolen completely. If you need anything outside of the stated office hours you can just count on waiting till the office is open since there is no onsite manager and the maintenance man will tell you sorry I am not working wait till office is open and this goes for emergency situations such as clogged tubs, sinks, heater broken, water heater broken Yes we are moving as we cant see paying the amount they charge with out simple amenities that normally offered at other complexes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Place to live!
July 4, 2016Bad management with high rent. Loud neighbor hood. All night parties are going on and the management is not concerned.Old electrical appliances and carpet. Too noisy as next to San Mateo bridge. There is too much road traffic and noise of trucks and cop cars all day and night. Whenever I truck crosses the road your whole house will shake. Just imagine that whole day and night. With the high rent, I recommend some place else.Review from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015my fiancé and I have lived here almost a year and coming from the other side of the bay we love it here. not too expensive pool. and dog friendly is a plus. if u don't like dogs or kids don't live here. we love the family dynamic and location. clean as well as fast maintenance service. overall nice place to liveReview from Apartments.com
