November 28, 2024I have always received great service from anyone here at Jackson Grove. From the ladies in the office to the service men that work around the area. Everyone is friendly and they mind their business. I like living here bc even if the lobby office is full (which it usually is with newcomers and tours) Georgica always pays special attention to me and I always feel like I’m right at home.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2024I really like my stay. I like that it’s quiet and clean. Only thing that I would say is that my packages are not being delivered to my locker where I signed up for an Amazon hub. September 5, 2024We have had some minor things that we didn't expect but the office is great at answering and explaining things... Rooms are a bit smaller then we realized but small is simple and I like simple... Smart home works ok can control things from your phone and bonus comes with a washer and dryer... Pool and gym are not open but should be soon with some covid restrictions... All and all I'm quite pleasedReview from Apartments.com
