June 10, 2025I recently moved out to Pharr for trade school and wanted to live somewhere nearby. Took a tour of the 1bed unit and was signing my lease shortly after. Front staff was extremely helpful with my questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a modest spot.Property Manager Responded

Great price & great place to live.
June 3, 2025My wife and I have been here for a year now and we've had 0 problems. When our fridge went out, the staff was quick to help us get the problem fixed ( none of our food went bad thankfully ). Thank you staffProperty Manager Responded
