We selected these apartments for our mom who relocated to Commerce to be close to us. Great neighbors and very safe. The community is very clean and well kept. Apartments are well maintained. Management is very responsive when a maintenance order is place even if it’s a simple drip on your sink. And the manager Monique is by far the best manager anyone could ask for- she’s responsive- personable and professional! She always checked in on our mom to ensure she did not need anything when she was in ...
the neighborhood! Hardest part of leaving was all the good things about the community but felt like we were moving away from a family member (Monique). She was a blessing to our family and hope this company keeps her forever- if you do not well worst decision ever- she’s a real gem!

The apartment is very spacious and nice for the price and if you plan to have a roommate, the dual bathrooms are very convient to keep your space separated. Also the wood floors look great and are easy to keep clean. The back area you get is also spacious enough for a grill and my favorite part is how quiet the neighborhood is at night.

This apartment has been lovely! I have lived here for the past two years and have had the best experience. The management is extremely easy to work with. They take care of the needs of the community. Everything is updated and the home is super spacious. It’s a quiet community. I truly enjoy the peace and never have to worry about anything. O would definitely recommend moving into this area and working with this management team

I have lived here at Jackson Place for over two years. I have nothing but positive things to say about my time here. Upon moving in, the apartment was very clean and had all updated appliances. Maintenance is always on top of things when a request is put in. Landscaping is excellent as well. I have never felt unsafe here, in my opinion this is a great place to live and I am blessed to call it home.
