Nice Quiet Neighborhood
November 29, 2023The apartment is very spacious and nice for the price and if you plan to have a roommate, the dual bathrooms are very convient to keep your space separated. Also the wood floors look great and are easy to keep clean. They take care of the needs of the community. Everything is updated and the home is super spacious. It’s a quiet community. I truly enjoy the peace and never have to worry about anything. Great place to live
November 13, 2023I have lived here at Jackson Place for over two years. I have nothing but positive things to say about my time here. Upon moving in, the apartment was very clean and had all updated appliances. Maintenance is always on top of things when a request is put in. Landscaping is excellent as well. I have never felt unsafe here, in my opinion this is a great place to live and I am blessed to call it home.Review from Apartments.com
Needs some TLC and Proactive Management
August 27, 2020The playground has so many safety issues. Has not been maintained in a very long time; broken swings, Broken pieces. Basketball court where You have a basketball goal in a culdasac near the drain. You cant play, do to everytime the ball exits the rim it hits the drain and you spend all your time running after it. Seriously....basketball court listed on the website amentities The property upkeep is sad. The grass maybe gets cut once a month, no edging, no weed trimming, no hedge trimming. ...Move in Walk through inspection issues still not addressed, 10 months later. Every month since move in I've had to buy and change the HVAC filter. Lease is way to much each month for this property to be in this condition. The community attracts negative people and activities.
