Pretty but Old building

The lobby is beautiful but the building is old, pipes leak and from numerous complaints of catching the upstairs apartments soapy water in 4 different places on the bottom floor, you'll get told to basically deal with it, it's an issue throughout that's apparent due to multiple "trap doors" in the ceiling, the rents lower then surrounding apartments and the lobby nice, actual apartments are bright but be ready for old building problems that managements not going to want to fix cause you know ...

that's a can of worms just waiting to be opened.

My apartment looks nice and did when I walked through it for the first time, but a word to the wise...always look over everything visually and also physically as well. After getting the apartment and going to use the shower for the first time, I turned the water on and half of it was coming out of the top of the shower head which left me with half pressure and half of the water. Next I was in the kitchen and going to open one of the drawers and the bottom was not even attached to the drawer ...

itself...so much for putting my silverware in there. Lastly in the refrigerator there was a slow drip in the back that I completely missed. With that being said my apartment looks nice, but always remember to check before you end up with a wreck!
