No parking spots available at night. Car has the potential to be stolen (it has happened & they’ll do nothing). There’s no cameras or security at all! The apartments themselves are older and dated. At night, the ac will not allow you to lower it at all and the walls are incredibly thin to the point you can smell what your neighbor is cooking.
