It’s so quiet here. The location is fabulous! The staff was super accommodating with my move in. The manager is new but his boss was there helping both were super friendly.

Rents are going up too high for the quality of this place!
Minimum to no maintenance!
Very unpleasant Manager and Maintenance guy, they are wife & husband, go figure!
Other tenants are planning to move!

Pros:
- The location is great
- The property was updated about 2 years ago
Cons:
- New owners, and the quality is getting worse. The manager is not friendly, for no apparent reason. The maintenance has gone from near immediate response to weeks, and the lawn care is being neglected.
- Window AC units are annoying. Freeze your feet off while the rest of the place is hot. They are LOUD.
- No dishwasher or disposal, and no in-unit washer/dryer, and the community ones are pay units, with no machine ...
to make change.
- Kitchens? What are those? It is basically a fridge, a stove and a sink and almost zero counter space.
- Closets are tiny
- Rent is high
- Units are very small
A number of tenants I have talked to have moved, or are planning to. This place is going down hill and the rents are going up.

It is my second year living in here. The location itself is really big reason. Walking distance to 5th ave and the beach. Apartments are newly remodeled and clean. The neighbors are very good. Manager is really friendly. They have maintenance staff on location, working on property every day. One of the other good points for me are very nice free community pool (River Park)right across the street. And basketball court right next to the pool.

Very clean, with lots of light, quite and well maintained apartments! Very respectful of each other neighbors and very quite! All brand new appliances. Laundry room is outside as advertised only 2 steps away from the courtyard. Always available, never had to wait. Rent is very reasonable. Apt manager Lina is always there to help you with whatever need you have! Totally on top of her job! I enjoyed living there and would come back there in a heart beat!

We have been tenants of Jade @ Olde Naples for almost one year. We are excited to be renewing our lease in the fall. As a young couple the location could not be better. We walk to the beautiful Naples beach, there are so many great little spots to eat and enjoy a nice cold one, all within walking distance. Dated & extremely loud window units! You can't speak, read, watch TV or sleep while window unit on! No dish washer! No garbage disposal! No private washer/dryer. Several buildings share 4 washer/dryer so always busy! Plus washer/dryers are dirty & smell. Windows are very dated & do not cancel out any noise. Takes apt manager weeks to months to get any done! Says no pets yet many residents have more than 1 pet! No option to recycle trash!
