The landlord “DG” leaves reviews for his own building trying to make it five stars. Management and these buildings are a joke! They’ve gone way downhill, the walls are thin, no one is ever in the office, the “state of the art” amenities include rusty gym equipment and nothing else. PLEASE save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere!

I live here now and counting down the months till my lease ends. This place tried to take money from me to store my stuff in the garage, even though people have had their stuff stolen. Garbage room smells awful. I can’t use my patio because my neighbors will either overwater their plants or cut their hair and it will land on mine. People who are miserable with their lives will harass you every chance they get.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I put my 60 day notice in after four months. Lie after lie after lie from walk thru to move in. Your forced to purchase their cable and internet (add $90 to the rent they say you’ll pay + $30 water charge + $50 parking per space+ $25 storage + $15 forced renters insurance are all added monthly costs) Absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. The place is so loud. Right off Good Hope rd. Huge dogs up on second and third floors, pounding the ground, echoing the vaulted ceilings ...
at all hours of the night, and the HVAC units are in the bedrooms. The move-in process was difficult and the units are overly expensive. My closet smelled like cat pee and my laundry always came out smelling like sewage. Good luck getting ahold of anyone in the leasing office. If you have an issue regarding the property, you’ll receive an automated reply. When it comes to moving out, it took almost two weeks for Nicole or Drew to respond other landlords for residency verification.

Managers are friendly and responsive but be aware the floor/walls are thin so you can hear your upstairs neighbors footsteps and if you face good hope road the noise from traffic is very loud

I enjoy living at Jade at North Hills. That is why I have just renewed my lease! The location is perfect for me and the activities that I participate in on a daily basis. Highway 45 is less than a mile away and access to grocery stores, a Hallmark card shop, Costco, TJ Maxx, Home Goods are 1.3 - 3.4 miles away! Jade is a lovely, CLEAN, location with great amenities. I never hear the people on either side of me or in the hallways(excellent soundproof), in fact I rarely run into folks in the ...
hallways or underground parking lot, but when I do everyone is always very friendly. Drew, the Residential Property Manager is wonderful. He and his team are always thinking outside the box for creative services to provide to their residents. From using coffee/food trucks, to having Spring Clean Up month with Salvation Army and providing boxes in each building lobby for you to have easy access to get rid of items you no longer need as well as all types of get togethers for residents to meet up and get a chance to meet and know each other. Drew and Nicole are people persons. Fun, friendly, professional and always willing to listen to your concerns and determine how/if they are able to accommodate your request. Most times they can!

Great, but needs cleaning

We have lived here since they opened. During this time, management companies have changed. The people in the leasing office are great and attentive, but I really miss the woman that cleaned the property. With the new company, there isn’t anyone coming around everyday to clean the common areas. The hallways and elevator are very dirty at times, and when someone does clean, it’s not that great of a job. I hope with my rent increasing, they get more cleaning assistance.
