I am concerned about the quality of some tenants and severe inaction on major maintenance issues which are blatantly obvious. January 12, 2022So the building itself is fine although I do have a dishwasher that likes to pause itself constantly and they have yet to fix that. The area feels pretty safe. Although we have had one bike stolen. The major issue I have is the constant vandalism of our vehicles. So far we have had one gas tank drilled out and one catalytic converter tampered with. So in the last 6 months I’ve probably spent about $3,000 in repairs. If you have to park in a carport further out you might want to have an emergency ...savings fund.Property Manager Responded

December 30, 2021Jake apartments at Indian Trail have a great set of amenities (such as washer/dryer in units and central heating and air) and the apartments are clean and have a nice layout. The location is also nice, with a few restaurants and grocery store in walking distance. Management is friendly and easy to work with.Property Manager Responded
