November 8, 2022This has been a great neighborhood so far, the last year we’ve been here. I am concerned about the quality of some tenants and severe inaction on major maintenance issues which are blatantly obvious. Not worth the headache
January 12, 2022So the building itself is fine although I do have a dishwasher that likes to pause itself constantly and they have yet to fix that. The area feels pretty safe. Although we have had one bike stolen. The major issue I have is the constant vandalism of our vehicles. So far we have had one gas tank drilled out and one catalytic converter tampered with. So in the last 6 months I’ve probably spent about $3,000 in repairs. If you have to park in a carport further out you might want to have an emergency ...savings fund.Property Manager Responded
