May 7, 2024I have just moved in to James Pointe and it was very easy and smooth going. Communication with the front office is always very prompt and i truly feel they are there to be helpful whenever I need. I love the community so far. I have a dog and small child and there seem to be a lot of other families with small children and dogs. I feel at home within this community already. I love how close I am to the entrance/exit of the freeway. It makes getting around the valley very easy.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2024While there have been a few minor issues I have needed to log maintenance tickets on as I was moving in, I was impressed with the speed in which issues were resolved. March 16, 2024This is a great location right off of 215 with plenty of shopping and services nearby. The complex has plenty of uncovered parking for guests, and besides the adjacent freeway, it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood. Rent totals seem to fluctuate sometimes and the amenities are nothing to write home about. The office is staffed on weekdays, making in person contact a short stroll away when the need arises. Additionally, the maintenance team responds extremely fast, whether it’s to replace lights or ...clean out the ventilation ducts. Important note: we were only able to see the unit literally the day before we moved in, even after registering for all of our utilities and insurance. All in all, it’s a cozy spot and there’s not much to complain about.Property Manager Responded
