The community is beautiful, close to base, and the apartments are spacious! They are entirely gated, have a 24hr gym with everything you need, plus a sauna! I toured here and got to meet the team that works in the office and they were all amazing and friendly, I applied their on office and the woman that toured me helped me through the application process!

My husband and I live here currently and we really do enjoy it. We've been here for about 9 months now. The apartments themselves are very spacious and open. It's very nice having cable and internet included in the rent, along with the valet trash service that I love and everyone I know is jealous of. We love the outdoor areas as well, with the pool, playground, volleyball net, and dog park. Having access to a free gym 24/7 as well as the Starbucks coffee during office hours alone saves us money ...
on everyday things. We also enjoy the community events each month and free food opportunities! My only complaint and reason for not putting 5 stars is that the maintenance team is very small, making it difficult for them to attend to every need quickly enough, and the walls are pretty thin causing us to hear our neighbors often which gets frustrating. All in all we do love it here and plan on staying for a couple more years until we're ready to buy our own house.

Amazing staff and amenities

The staff is very helpful whenever needed. the amenities included in our rent make this a very nice place to live along with the gated community the valet trash the events they have every month and people are friendly here. the apartments are spacious comfy and open our friends and family love the community the pool and how open our apartment is.

Jamestown commons is awesome, close to post, and super pet friendly, and they also have a Starbucks machine in the main office . Their gym has a pull bar (which I’ve never seen before), the staff is super nice and friendly and deserve a hefty Pay raise oh and the apartments are nice too

My husband got stationed in Fort Bragg but did not want to live on base so we found Jamestown Commons. We are close to the base, to restaurants and stores. We recommend it here. The office and maintenance people are kind and respectful. My only complaint would be dog poop. Some owners fail to clean after their fur babies and is disgusting.

I use to love living here. Had great neighbors and good staff. However the last few months have been awful. The staff all changed and now are awful. Cops come regularly due to bad tenants. Apartments do nothing to expel the bad tenants, always being told they are reviewing the lease. Trash is left every where bringing pest with it. Dog crap litters the grounds. Staff says nothing they can do unless they catch the culprit. Well do like other apartments and look into CCTV. Supposed to be a gated ...
community, well the "gate" never seems to work properly. Lately it is always open. They claim it was hit and they are working with insurance to fix it. You're forced to pay for the cable and internet, which is normally fine whatever, but theirs always seems to be bogged down. So you pay for their internet and if you actually want internet that works pay for your own service on top of it as they don't let you opt out of their provided internet. After two years here we are looking for a new place, can't stand staying here any longer.

Good Morning, We are truly disheartened by your review. Our new staff is committed to having all of our residents Live The Difference with us and will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone does so! We are just frustrated as our residents when people are not picking up after their pets. We are actually looking into CCTV so I am so glad that you think that is a good avenue to go down! In regards to our gate, we are happy to announce that it was fixed yesterday! It was a delayed process due to the insurance claim but it is working better than ever now. Our cable and internet package at $50 per month is genuinely meant to be a convenience to our residents due to its inexpensive nature and the ease that it brings being already installed in every unit. Because it is a bulk package and is installed in every unit, we are unable to disconnect service to one specific unit. My wife and I PCS’ed here a couple of months ago and we couldn’t be any happier. Melania, the Assistant Manager and Angeline, the Community Manager made us feel very welcomed and were one of the main reasons we decided to move-in. Other main factors were also, close proximity to Fort Bragg Army Post, security, and price. Their customer service is excellent, they even have a free trash pick-up by your door. For the size of the apartment we got, we felt the price was just compared to several other ...
places we visited. It took us about 2 weeks to make a final decision and Melania was extremely patient with us and she answered all of our questions and concerns. If you are looking for a great place to live near Fort Bragg, at a reasonable price, and assuming you are a good neighbor, then look no further!

The neighborhood is really overall great for a family or just a single person. It’s very pet friendly and very neat. The neighborhood is very beautiful and the staff are so helpful. It was an easy move in and the prices are great here. I’ll refer this neighborhood to anyone.

This is a lovely community. The amenities are fantastic. Swimming pool, business/learning center and the clubhouse are fantastic for adults and children. Maintenance and security team are wonderful and very responsive to any needs. The office staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in resolving any kinds of problems.
