I knew the team was very good while living there. Upon moving out to a different state I've come to realize that they were GREAT, not just very good. They took care of issues quicky. The buildings are old, but they do try hard at upkeep. The only downsides we encountered were the laundry costs were higher than we've seen and the machines were hit or miss and the second was the water billing (we did not use much but it gets divided between residents so we got the short end of the stick with that, ...
but we know this moving in). We would move back to these apartments in a heartbeat if moving to the area again.
