    Would have given them 5 stars if the back 2 bedrooms in my 3bedroom apartment was properly ventilated. I have made several request for maintenance to correct the problem. Maintenance suggest to leave all the doors open so it can circulate from the living room.(so sacrifice privacy for air ...ok) Not sure if all the apartments are like this but I would check the air before signing a lease here. If I did not have that problem this apartment would be perfect.

  • Great for military families.

    There were many apartment complexes to choose from, but we really liked the location compared to others. It's an easy commute to base and just across the bridge from shopping. The management and staff are very caring and friendly. We feel safe here and enjoy the facilities including the pools and fitness center. We appreciate the community events that they put on like crawfish boils and "movie on the beach". Keep it up, Jamestown.

    After touring several apartments in the Bossier area I almost gave up but I made Jamestown my last stop and the young lady was very helpful warm and inviting even after I learned she was about to close up she greeted me with a smile i mentioned that i would come back because she was about to close and she then asked my name and she introduced herself as Tia and said "Ms.Tameka if you have time then I have time" i knew i found the right place. She listened to me and my needs then we toured not ...
    only one but two apartments. I didnt feel rushed she answered all of my questions and gave me some information to take back and look over. I think I've found my future home. :) T.B.

    I love the people that live here. They are always so nice and friendly. Love the fact that there's two pools and our kids love it. Only problem is the manager ALWAYS has an attitude and is not friendly. She always looks like she's in a bad mood. Kinda makes you think she hates her job. Not welcoming whatsoever. Everyone else says hello, greets you with a smile except her! I guess she just cares about the rent being paid on time and that's it. God bless her!

    This apartment complex is the greatest. Management has everything under control. They are an asset to this community. They treat the renters with the greatest respect. They are very friendly.     Everything about this place is 5 stars! The amenities are great, the management is excellent and the maintenance is fantastic! The location is great and school district is one of the best in the area. I've lived in several areas/apartments and I can easily say these are the best overall by far.
