We've lived in Jamestown Square for 5 years, and the ONLY reason we're moving is because we're expecting another baby and need a bigger space, so we bought a house. This complex is SAFE, clean, affordable, and family-oriented. Very well-maintained. Convenient area. Most importantly, maintenance is extremely fast. You call and they come out almost immediately. Jamestown has the best property manager. Anna was professional and always willing to help. Maintenance was also speedy and professional. Clean and quiet community. I am sad that I had to move out because of job relocation. I wish I could stay longer. If you are looking for one or two bedroom apartments around this area, this is it.

I loved my stay at Jamestown. I’m sure any apartment complex you go there will be common issues but, rest assured you will have them fixed conveniently with the staff here. Ana is apart of the leasing office and is wonderful, she truly is a pleasure to have apart of the community.
I’ve never had any issues here and will miss my place.

Look no further in your search...This is the BEST place to call home hands down!! I moved to Jamestown Square in Blackwood, NJ a year ago. From the beginning you’ll be greeted by the wonderful property manager, Ms.Anna. It’s overwhelming how caring she is. Any questions or concerns big or small she will go out of her way to help. She truly makes the difference. Now onto the apartment... I’ve spent countless peaceful mornings on my patio looking over the beautiful landscapes (maintained ...
consistently) that bring nothing but privacy, comfort and safety. ALL of the staff are friendly, efficient and most of all compassionate. Anytime something would fall into the garbage disposal they were right there to help grab it out and have a little laugh with me (like when they pulled out my wine topper lol). When I had a problem with my fridge they exchanged it within literal hours with a brand new stainless steal one that was BEAUTIFUL! I have been constantly pleased with the strong sense of community here. Some of my neighbors have lived here 20+ years! Not to mention the huge in-ground pool and the fact your close to major highways, movie theaters, restaurants, the gym and so much more! This IS home, a one of a kind gem. Words can not express how grateful I am to have the opportunity to live in such a special neighborhood as Jamestown Square Apartments. DO NOT MISS OUT! :)

Where do I begin? The bad roads that they "fixed" a year ago that looks even worse. The parking spots that are all taken up and I can never find a parking spot when I get home from work. The bad landscaping some areas of the complex have amazing plants and grass and others its just dirt? This place is seriously going down hill. They raise the rent up every year and I don't even know where the money is going because I see no improvement. This place has awesome potential just keep up on things.

I wrote a review a few months ago I have been here for years and the last year this place has gone downhill! The roads suck! NOONE is ever in the office when you call. The pool is NEVER open. You call with a problem and they take forever to solve it BEWARE!

Thank you for your comments, even though they are not very complimentary. You are correct about the roads, they took a real beating this winter. We have already been making repairs and the entire property is going to be sealed and re-striped. It will look great. Unfortunately, the wet spring has really slowed down being able to do this. It will get done soon though.
As far as the pool... we are very excited to roll out our new and improved pool area. It is almost done and when you see it, you will really appreciate the improvement.

Jamestown Square is the best property to live. If your thinking about moving here, DO IT! The managament team here is very professional and deals with you as a human being not a dollar sign. They are quick to respond to any maintenance issues, neighbors are very respectful and friendly, the pool is beautiful and well maintained throughout the summer. It sits in a very convenient location. The only reason I am moving is due to work, other than that I would probably be here for the rest of my life ...
