Fine accommodations The Apt itself is fine. We’ve had some minor maintenance problems in the past and sometimes it seems that we pay far too much for the amount of things that need fixed. However, overall it is a mostly positive experience.

Review The complex is actually very good, very little noice compared to what i thought might be snd decent privacy for such a large housing complex. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be (I'm sure that most would have) is all the extra loaded fees as well as somewhat poor insulation of the apartment. I.E. , gets warm very fsst or cold very quickly, along with the loud furnace. Over all though a nice plsce to live.

Jamestown Village Apartments is one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in! They were very accommodating and helpful while I was apartment shopping from out of state. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the community is kept clean as staff are out every morning collecting litter from the sidewalks, roadways, and grass. I hope to call this community my home for a long time.

This is the such a wonderful area. Right at the edge of town. Easy access to interstate 70 or in the other direction all the shops and restaurants. The lawn is beautiful. Very well kept. My favorite part about these apartments is how extremely pet friendly the community is. There are trash receptacles and bags for waste placed in many accessible locations. They are really turning this place around, updating the apartments, adding new amenities, and the office staff are generally amazing and sweet! I priced other apartments in town and it's actually cheaper to live at Jamestown because the apartments are larger and you don't have to pay water. The utilities are very cheap because it is very well insulated. I also ...
never hear my neighbors, which is awesome. The grounds are large with a lot of grassed areas which are absolutely gorgeous, it's like living in a forest :). The people who live here are amazing as well, resident life is wonderful. I've had very few maintenance issues while living here, but when I did the staff addressed my problems immediately and with a smile.
