Horrible Customer Service
October 2, 2016I've resided here one month now. I asked the landlord to have two roommates 9/16. That was the last time she spoke to me over the phone. After another person associated with the building called to address my request did she email application to me. It's been a week now since the applications were submitted and she's yet to confirm or deny my potential roommates applications. The same day, 9/16 I asked for my blinds and curtains to be installed because the lease says I can't drill into the wood ...around the windows. As of this post,my windows are still bare.
