Over the years the rent goes up and the amenities and services disappear. Food deliveries used to be able to come to your door, they stopped and used safety as an excuse. Gym is lacking, they had golf simulator that died because they didnt take care of it. Now they dont wont sign for your packages anymore...why do they even have a concierge, they sit around watching movies and nothing else. Cars without parking permits park in the good spots, they do tow once a year I think. Cars are always ...
blocking the entrance to the garage especially at the top of the ramp where you need to turn left or right. They ignore the parking signs and make it a pain to get by especially if two are coming/going. The trash collection happens in the regular elevators at the heaviest traffic times when people are trying to leave for work. Then sometimes you have to share it with the trash cart because of that. No common sense with the newer management. Packages end up all over the mailroom, not even close to your delivery location. They stopped opening doors if you get locked out, they stopped signing for packages, they stopped food deliveries to your door, they do less for the all the money they will charge and you better believe it will go up and up, and up the longer you stay. This new thing about charging for common area utilities is another one, please write your elected officials about that!!!
