Worst apartment I’ve lived in 7 years. The apartment I lived in was an outdated and constantly needed repairs. I went 8 weeks without a functioning central AC unit. However what was worse than the apartment condition was the office staff. They can “never help” with the problem. They have no respect that THIS IS WHERE WE ARE LIVING. I tried to speak to someone at corporate and I just got the run around and never got to actually speak with someone. All around it was a horrible experience and I ...

So I have been living at Javelina Stations apartments for 4 years now and I would not move anywhere else. I live in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment which allows me to have my own privacy. The apartment is fully furnished and has washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and even microwave. The apartment complex is located right by campus so you do not have to use your car to get to your classes. In between the buildings you can find swimming fool, volleyball court and a lot of space to play Frisbee or ...

When I moved in, the place was neat and ready to be filled with a new occupant. I can honestly say that I feel pretty safe and comfortable. I've been here for about a week and I love it. Also, the staff at the front office are very helpful and always seem willing to help the residents.
