November 8, 2024So, The Jaxon Apartments are honestly a pretty good spot if you’re looking to live in Arlington. The location is very convenient you’re close to tons of shops, restaurants, and it’s easy to get to major highways, which is a huge plus if you’re commuting. The amenities are what really shines. There’s a nice pool area, a decent gym, and even a clubhouse where you can hang out or get some work done. Parking has been no issue, which I know can be a dealbreaker for a lot of people. The staff is ...super friendly and helpful. Jaimie is a great manager. She’s quick to help and definitely a problem solver! Maintenance requests get handled quickly, which is always a relief. All in all, I’d say it’s a great place to live definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something comfy and well-maintained in the area!Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2023I wish I could give it 0 stars! THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENTS IN THE UNIVERSE. Do not live here!!!! Fair warning! Roach infested. Staff horrible & do not help. Maintenance half do a job or never show up! It's terrible. Old and outdated. There are homeless people who live on the floor for free, right outside your door. Trash and dog poop everywhere you step. Office manager Jamie rude
September 6, 2022They have gone under new management and replace the state with a rude new manager. I have to call for hours to get help. My power has been out for hours and I was given no notification. When I called I was told it would be back on soon it was a quick maintenance issue that was hours ago. When I go to the rental office Jamie rudely questions me on why I opened my refrigerator, as if I don’t need to eat. And never once Apologize for the fact that my power has still been out hours after they said it ...will be prepared or never apologize for the fact that I receive no notification that my power would be out due to maintenance issues. If you’re looking to move somewhere with rental office staff that truly cares about the property and the people on it this isn’t the place for you.
