November 11, 2024Not worth the rent. Ground are kept up & they have community events for the residents, which is the best part! I never attend because of my schedule but at least the offer this service. Paint on cabinets just rubs off, flooring was not installed correctly. It traps dirt in between boards.The pool is always dirty and cloudy. Trash is picked up at the door for a fee, which is part of the fees you MUST pay on top of your rent. Well kept, nice places and fast, courteous turnaround on any issues. A little pricey, but most places are anymore unless you want to live somewhere gross.
