Jefferson chase is a nice community and the maintenance team is excellent. The only downside about this community is the pool, they need to do better with that.

I would strongly encourage prospective residents to look beyond the advertised amenities and carefully consider the actual day-to-day experience at Jefferson Chase. While the community promotes amenities such as the pool, trash valet, and resident services, my experience has been that these services are frequently unreliable and not maintained to the standard residents should expect for the price.
The pool has had repeated availability and maintenance issues, the trash disposal system has ...
ongoing problems, and communication with the office has often felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. Residents should not have to repeatedly report the same concerns or feel like they are inconveniencing management by asking for basic services to function properly.
Before choosing Jefferson Chase, I would recommend speaking with current residents and considering whether the level of service, communication, and maintenance matches the cost of living here.

This is a great community for families. We have been living here for seven year now and we had no issue nor concern until people started smoking in our building and every time they're smoking I can smell it in my bedroom and that's how strong it was. I really hope management will do something about it. On the other hand the service team here are hardworking and will always get the job done. ??

I've lived at Jefferson Chase about 10 years I really haven't had any problems here maintenance is great in the office Sierra I love everything about her she helps out a lot with any questions they do reach back out to me!
