    Feels like home! The natural light and upgrades are gorge! LOVE the amenities. Community Center has everything we need and the events are a great way to meet people and have fun without having to leave home. The gym is top tier—we were able to cancel our gym memberships and actually workout more regularly. The leasing office staff are so friendly and accommodating and the residents, too. They actually engage in the community chat space which is nice. The community WiFi is horrible! ...
    Unpredictable and goes out during my work day and non-peak times. Sucks to have to pay for something so inefficient. Maintenance isn’t thorough with completing requests. Gas to follow-up a few times on requests that were marked complete, but weren’t. And the walls aren’t as thick as we’d like. We’re on the first floor and can actually hear our neighbor’s phone conversations on the weekends in the morning. Sounds like she’s in our living room even though she’s not speaking very loud.

    So far, the experience has been amazing. We are moving into the Jenson from out of state and the entire staff, especially Jorge, was wonderful. I had my friend swing by for keys and just from their reaction to walking onto the property, I was beyond excited. I can't wait to be there in a week!     Clean environment . Makes me feel safe Eddie and luz are a big help. It was hard moving in due to the hallways but once everything is in it’s a great place. Have still yet to figure out how to get to the hammock garden.

    I'm experiencing some issues setting up my VPR account. I'm still waiting for the transfer to be accepted, and it's causing some delays on my end. Additionally, I set up a visitor pass for my life partner, but it didn't work. I'm unsure how the system is supposed to function when it doesn't grant access to either the building or my apartment while I'm away. I was under the impression that the Stratis app would allow me to unlock my front door remotely if needed, but it always displays a 'not in ...
    range' message. While I appreciate the focus on building security, these issues are making it challenging to facilitate deliveries and accommodate visitors.

    I just moved into this apartment complex and so far I’ve had a great experience. The staff has been welcoming and helpful, the amenities are great, and I really love how my apartment looks. There were a few maintenance items when I first moved in that I wish had been handled beforehand, but once I submitted requests, the team responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of ASAP. Overall, I feel supported and happy with my move so far.
