It’s located in the heart of Charles Village and there’s always so much life and excitement surrounding the building. They have such an amazing staff! Not only are they friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. Jefferson is truly my home away from home!

An amazing building!

I have lived at Jefferson House for the last two years of my undergraduate career at Johns Hopkins. The building is conveniently located right by campus and other necessities like CVS, and my apartment was incredible: spacious, lots of natural lighting, and great hardwood floors. Maintenance was always speedy and the building was always kept clean and tidy. It is so bittersweet to have to leave this apartment!

The people who work here are helpful. Nevertheless, the building is old and falling apart. There are better options in the Homewood area for a similar price.

I've lived at Jefferson House Apartment for about 7 years and my experience so far has been great. I normally don't write reviews but I wanted to take this opportunity to thank our current staffs at this building. Current office managers (i.e., Scott, Meagan, and Ms. Vercy) and the maintenance professionals (i.e., Jerry and John) make the living experience at this apartment really worth it. They are very helpful, prompt, and receptive to our needs- I can trust that my concerns (e.g., clogged ...
