July 20, 2025I have been living here for a full year and I have loved it! The amenities are clean and well taken care of. May 14, 2025Overall, the community and our space are solid. Building management suffers in their ability to communicate and respond to questions or requests. The only time they actively communicate is when your lease is coming up for renewal. The maintenance staff was always a silver lining. However, the maintenance staff seemed to have disappeared as of late, and work requests were not addressed in any sense in a timely fashion.Property Manager Responded

Getting around the city was easy, and I appreciated how central everything was. The apartment itself is functional, though a bit basic. It had all the essentials for a short stay—bed, kitchen, and bathroom—but don’t expect anything luxurious. The decor is a little ...dated and could use some updating, and there were some minor maintenance issues like a squeaky door and a flickering light. If you’re looking for a simple place to stay with a great location and aren’t too picky about aesthetics or modern comforts, this apartment could be a decent option. February 21, 2025No issues at the moment entirely happy I get along with my neighbors and issues with service tickets but only one issue that doggie park some residents don't scoop after there dogs so I think that management should put up a notice to scoop after pooping because it's not good for other dogs to sniffProperty Manager Responded

February 19, 2025I’ve been living at Jefferson Marketplace for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The amenities here are top-notch, making everyday life so much more convenient. The fitness center is well-equipped, the shared spaces are always clean and inviting, and the little extras—like package lockers and secure access—make a big difference. The staff is also fantastic. They’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything you need, which really adds to the ...sense of community. The location is another huge plus. It’s close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation, so getting around is easy. The building itself is well-maintained, and I’ve never had any major issues. It’s clear that the management cares about keeping everything running smoothly. February 6, 2025Great amenities and the staff is friendly. However, the walls are pretty thin so you’ll hear your noisy neighbors. The gym is nice to use and the pool is awesome during the summer.
