I've been living here since 2017 and haven't had any issues with the building or heard of any robberies or anything in this building. It is a perfect place to live. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. From the first day I moved in, they made the process easy and welcoming, which really set a positive tone. The property is always clean and well maintained. The landscaping looks beautiful throughout the year, and the common areas are tidy and inviting. The maintenance team deserves a lot of credit — they ...respond quickly whenever something needs attention and handle repairs efficiently. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, which adds to the sense of community. It’s nice to see people walking their dogs or chatting in the courtyard. May 14, 2025Overall, the community and our space are solid. Building management suffers in their ability to communicate and respond to questions or requests. The only time they actively communicate is when your lease is coming up for renewal. The maintenance staff was always a silver lining. However, the maintenance staff seemed to have disappeared as of late, and work requests were not addressed in any sense in a timely fashion.Property Manager Responded

Getting around the city was easy, and I appreciated how central everything was. The apartment itself is functional, though a bit basic. It had all the essentials for a short stay—bed, kitchen, and bathroom—but don’t expect anything luxurious. The decor is a little ...dated and could use some updating, and there were some minor maintenance issues like a squeaky door and a flickering light. If you’re looking for a simple place to stay with a great location and aren’t too picky about aesthetics or modern comforts, this apartment could be a decent option.
