I've been living here since 2017 and haven't had any issues with the building or heard of any robberies or anything in this building. It is a perfect place to live. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. From the first day I moved in, they made the process easy and welcoming, which really set a positive tone. The property is always clean and well maintained. The landscaping looks beautiful throughout the year, and the common areas are tidy and inviting. May 14, 2025Overall, the community and our space are solid. Building management suffers in their ability to communicate and respond to questions or requests. The only time they actively communicate is when your lease is coming up for renewal. The maintenance staff was always a silver lining. However, the maintenance staff seemed to have disappeared as of late, and work requests were not addressed in any sense in a timely fashion.Property Manager Responded
