August 9, 2025I’ve been here 5 years and I chose this community because it’s small and quiet, the staff turnover isn’t great but the new Manager Diane is great!! And the maintenance guy Matt is also amazing!! I have only one complaint and that is some residents continue to smoke and their not supposed to, but I will always renew my lease.Review from Apartments.com

March 4, 2025I like my apartment overall it is spacious and meets my needs. Neighbors in my space are quiet. Overall the complex is okay. The pool seems to be down alot in the summer. Every summer for the last few years and slowly the gym has gotten less and less equipment and no updates. The price continues to go up but the amenities dwindle.Review from Apartments.com

December 17, 2024Very convenient apartment. I have lived here since I think March 2024. When I moved into the apartment, I notified the office of a broken window. After going through four sets of managers or whatever they were, I still had that broken until November. I inquired about my lease on December 16th and was told I had to wait until the first of the year to get information on it. The prices of the apartments are rising, but quality is not getting better, which makes it difficult to want to stay.Review from Apartments.com

December 3, 2024As a resident of 5 years, I can honestly say this place has gone down hill in terms of quality. No one seems to follow clearly set rules in regards to their pets and makes it increasingly difficult to simply walk around outside without running into a dog off the leash or worse, stepping in dog poop on the SIDEWALK!
