POOR MANAGEMENT / SPIDERS & BUGS
January 25, 2019DO NOT live here...PLEASE pay attention to the reviews about the spiders and bugs and the Property Manager is rude and very disrespectful. She will be nice at first (before you sign the lease) afterwards, her demeanor changes for the worst. There are more people leaving this place than moving in. When you call question about the complex, after they have your contact number, if you choose not to call back and set up a tour, they will constantly call you 'trying' to set a tour of the complex. They ...are that 'desperate' to get people in there. They will not inform you that the electric company will charge you accordingly (depending on your size apartment) the range can be $85-$200 just for the start (deposit). The hot water...you have to let it run for about 8-10 minutes before it gets hot. They will definitely not be truthful with you on a lot of things. So BEWARE!!!! August 8, 2016We moved in at the end of February of 2016. The on-site property manager at the time was pleasant and helpful, and stayed on top of any problems that cropped up. Now there are several people that rotate in the office, and service has nose dived. The current office phone message states that the office is only open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The office hours have changed multiple times in the last couple of months, the office is often closed when the posted hours say it should be open, ...you can never speak to the same person so must start all over explaining a problem, and several times they have not noted in my file that I contacted them about an issue. I started having trouble with my air conditioner in mid July, and now it's August and it's still not fixed. I had to call the property management company directly as the local staff have quit returning my phone calls. Meanwhile, I'm baking in an apartment that was 83 degrees last night at midnight. Today I'm told it might not get looked at until tomorrow. If you don't want to hear excuses about why the poor little air conditioner can't keep up with a really hot day (what else is air conditioning for?), don't bother moving in here. They seem to believe that an air conditioner that must be turned off for 35 minutes, then turned back on, is operating as intended. When you come home after a long day and discover at 7pm that your apartment is at 86 degrees and no cool air is blowing from the vents they just give excuses. Their office is nice and cool every time I've been in it, so they don't care how much you are sweating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
