October 27, 2025We were sold on an idea that heat and hot water were included, but that turned out to be false. The shower rod broke and we’ve asked maintenance personally for a replacement and have yet to receive one. I spoke with maintenance over the summer and informed him of multiple outlets not working in addition to the leak in the bathroom and have not received a follow-up after being told I would.Property Manager Responded

However they do seem overworked and understaffed, occasionally things aren't fixed and items are closed out. April 21, 2025On Halloween 2006 I first visited Jefferson at Franklin Station and Jefferson at Dedham Station. Both properties were equally great. I moved into the Dedham property because it was closer to my teaching workshops with Harvard Medical School.
