        We were sold on an idea that heat and hot water were included, but that turned out to be false. The shower rod broke and we’ve asked maintenance personally for a replacement and have yet to receive one. I spoke with maintenance over the summer and informed him of multiple outlets not working in addition to the leak in the bathroom and have not received a follow-up after being told I would.

        The people who work at Jefferson at Dedham Station are the nicest most professional people. However they do seem overworked and understaffed, occasionally things aren't fixed and items are closed out. Amenities never seem to work at full capabilities and updates regarding them are far and few between.

        The Jefferson continues to provide comfortable affordable housing and does their very best to give the residents quality care. They give the time you need when you need it. If they are with another resident, they will acknowledge you and get to you as quickly as they are able. Am very satisfied by the way the team treats me.

        On Halloween 2006 I first visited Jefferson at Franklin Station and Jefferson at Dedham Station. Both properties were equally great. I moved into the Dedham property because it was closer to my teaching workshops with Harvard Medical School. If you are new to this area there are many great Jefferson properties to choose.
