NEW very rude management

DO NOT RENT from here,
As of 3/28/23, the new manager is COMPLETELY disrespectful and rude. There is a club house that's available for ANY residents to have for free and me and my wife ALWAYS takes ONE water bottle, ONE soda, ONE snack and ONE cup of coffee or tea and we were told it was ok, BUT she is telling us to only take one item and while saying this, she got an attitude and acted like we don't belong here. DO NOT move here

My husband and I enjoy our time at Jenna Village. We moved here during the month we were going to get married and it was an easy transition to Jenna. It made planning everything so much easier. They worked with getting us in early because the lease was up at the previous rental. They really care about the residents in the village. I remember last summer they had a food truck come in and give the residents a free meal. My husband and I love it here!

There was no work done, nobody even called back and its been 5 days. There are people fighting in the parking lot constantly, kids get ran over, cars get broken into(what happened to the security?). I would break my lease if we had the money to.

I enjoyed my time living at Jenna Village. Although I was not able to use the amenities due to COVID they were nice to have. I would rent there again and would recommend them. Rent is fair for what you get.

Jenna Village is a great place to live. The property makes me feel safe because of back yard and the security they have patrolling the parking areas. They also keep the ground nice and answer maintenance request promptly and professionally. I love it here. This is why my husband and I plan to stay here even after his retirement.
