March 11, 2025This is my first ever apartment. It was honestly fine for the first few months, minus the pool being dark green for the entire summer. There are roaches, but they are small and I used traps to keep them at bay. I’ve been here for 8 months now. My AC has been broken since November, hot water went out, my kitchen light fuse box broke, and they do not care. I have called and emailed multiple times and haven’t heard a single thing back. September 6, 2024DO NOT GIVE IN. The bad reviews are very accurate. there is ROACHES, pay attention. they are always active in dark areas, at night. You may miss them at first. It is a known issue and they do not treat the whole complex. ROACHES EVERYDAY!! wish i was kidding too. They try and take advantage, find cheap ways out and it’s truly SAD! people pay to have a home and dealing with roaches, having bad maintenance who take months to fix issue. bad management and front staff as they never respond or answer ...the phone. I was not able to see my apartment two different times I asked before move in and the day of, it was still not ready, no keys and DIRTY when moving in!!! GNATS IN THE FRIDGE, then they state they will change the fridge, come back after two hours and STILL GNATS. Laundry facilities which is also GROSS. never cleaned. nasty liquids, dirty water always left in machines. the dryers ruined my clothes! leaving a hard black substance on them. the prices are low for a reason. CHEAPER IS NOT BETTER. protect your self and belongings. especially if you have babies or children. The pictures on the website are not accurate at all. pool is always green. It’s overall truly disgusting and you would think things would be maintained as it’s suppose to especially because people pay to have a home and you get this!!Property Manager Responded

Headquarter of the cockroaches

it’s a cat world
June 21, 2021Do not move here if you are not a cat person!!!!!!!!!. There are cats both stray and Domesticated that walk around freely on the property day and night. It seems as if the cats are the ones that pay the rent in the humans are just guest. I have walked out of my apartment and seen the birds dead on the walk Out to my car. No hot water, no maintenance
March 30, 2021TLDR: no hot water, no maintenance, no washers/dryers, can't use pool I've lived in the apartment for the last 8 months. Jerome Apartments bought the place about 5 months ago. I haven't had a hot water shower the entire time I've lived here. The shower is usually cool or at best luke-warm. Not one single hot shower. Only 2 dryers currently work in the laundry room out of 6. Only a few washers work. They've never been repaired. They turn the water off for entire days for repairs, but nothing is ...actually repaired...I still don't get hot water, and the pipes still make super loud sounds like they're going to burst whenever any of the neighbors turn on their faucets. Today the water has been shut off completely again with no notification at all. Since Jerome bought the place, they've never cleaned the pool, so now there's a brown film on it. I try to call the number of the main desk and it's offline. Jerome bought the place and the only thing they've done has been to paint it, instead of the maintenance and repairs it drastically needs. Even with all this, they raised my rent by $120 when they first took over. Had I known what I know now, I never would've renewed my lease. Avoid this place at all costs unless there's new ownership.Property Manager Responded

You can't beat the value.
December 6, 2020The bang for the buck of what was formerly called Eagle Crest is outstanding. I was able to save up enough money living here for two years to put down 10% as a down payment for a house. I could never have done that living in a "luxury" apartment. The neighbors were mostly quiet and they always clapped or cheered when we sang and played folk songs on our patio. It's a clean place with no scorpions. Again -- it's not luxury, but they aren't charging you outrageous prices to begin with.Property Manager Responded
