August 5, 2015This place is really inexpensive and helps me save. This is in a dicey neighborhood. Some parts are ok but others are...interesting. The halls are not well maintained and the staff can be unresponsive to tenant complaints. Only go there if you really need to save money.Review from Apartments.com
Good Price for Washington DC
August 4, 2015Jetu is located in NE DC near the historic Carver Terrace neighborhood and it's near the beautiful Kingman Lake. The most spectacular amenities that they offer is the inclusion of it's utilities in their rent (you don't pay gas or electric) and it's awesome landscaping. If you're looking for an affordable unit that is close to H St. Corridor, metro and shopping, then Jetu is the apartment for you!Review from Apartments.com
